After a 180 day pilot, the client gained drastically improved customer satisfaction and decreased attrition by 39% for targeted members. 

Reunify allows club managers to engage with at-risk members with a personalized incentive before they consider cancelling. Multiple and genuine customer engagement is the key for success. Targeting the right members and intercepting them at the right time matters.

Having this technology provides our member services team with focused conversation starters, which enables them to target at-risk members appropriately. Without it we wait for members to come to us and by then it may be too late.
